About Us

Our purpose when creating this website was knowing that many people (specifically High School and College kids) severly suffer from sleep deprivation and we wanted to help with that. Our website tells you the beneifts of sleep, pros and cons of certain nap times, the best positions to nap in, includes a relaxing music playlist to clam/sleep to, and healthy alternatives when a nap is not an option. Overall, our mission is to create a better, healthier lifestyle for people because they are never truly themselves when they are constantly tired and do not learn/comprehend information as well.
