The right music can help people relax and fall asleep

Soft piano music, classical music, and ambient noises are the best. Listening to music with lyrics isn't recommended but if you need some sort of singing, choose songs in a language you don't understand. Also you could just record a lecture and fall asleep to that. Also read a really boring textbook.
